During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the kuyaph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. kuyaph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kuyaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. kuyaph is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. kuyaph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
kuyaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at kuyaph's discretion. All transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount on the kuyaph platform is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. kuyaph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

kuyaph aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. kuyaph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
kuyaph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. kuyaph reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering or fraud.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kuyaph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of kuyaph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuyaph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
kuyaph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kuyaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the kuyaph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
kuyaph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to provide the Services.

Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
kuyaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kuyaph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
